Peer Reviewed Counselor Continuing Education (CE) Subscription

Earn Continuing Education (CE) credits for mental health professionals through active participation in a Peer Reviewed Counselor (PRC) group. This one-year subscription provides an opportunity to obtain ongoing counseling CE credits while engaging in collaborative peer consultation and professional development.

With this subscription, members may earn one CE credit for every hour of participation in their designated PRC group.

These mental health continuing education credits are designed for licensed professionals, including:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)

• Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CMHC)

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)

Participating in peer consultation groups allows clinicians to strengthen clinical skills, engage in professional collaboration, and fulfill continuing education requirements for therapists, counselors, and social workers.

How CE Credits Are Earned

• Participation-Based CE Credits: Members receive one CE credit per hour of participation in their assigned PRC group.

• Attendance Tracking: Participation hours are tracked by the group host and submitted to a PRC administrator for verification.

• CE Certificate Delivery: Once hours are verified, official continuing education certificates will be provided to the member.

• Credit Start Date: CE hours begin accumulating after the subscription purchase and verification of UMHCA-approved CEs for the designated group.

Subscription Policies

• Non-Refundable Purchase: All CE subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Group-Specific Subscription: CE subscriptions apply only to the specific PRC group selected at the time of purchase.

• Non-Transferable Credits: If a member changes groups during the subscription period, the CE subscription does not transfer to the new group. A new CE subscription must be purchased.

• Attendance Requirement: Members may only receive continuing education credits for sessions they attend.

• Subscription Duration: Each subscription is valid for one year within the designated group.
