My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in a holistic understanding of well-being. I draw from humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and somatic approaches, with a strong focus on helping clients reconnect with their bodies and inner experience. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in overthinking, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm, and are longing to feel more present and embodied in their lives. In our work together, I pay attention not only to thoughts and narratives but also to sensations, emotions, and patterns held in the body. This can be especially supportive in postpartum transitions, chronic illness, and other periods where people feel disconnected from themselves. I help clients slow down, build emotional awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with their internal experience.
