As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I believe meaningful change happens when people gain insight into the patterns that shape their lives and learn practical ways to respond differently. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and direct, balancing deep exploration with concrete tools that clients can use immediately in their everyday lives.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal conflict. I have extensive experience helping clients identify and break intergenerational patterns, increase emotional awareness and intelligence, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

My work is heavily influenced by Bowen Family Systems Theory, attachment theory, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and trauma-informed care. I believe many of our struggles are rooted in automatic patterns that developed for understandable reasons but no longer serve us. Through increased self-awareness and differentiation, clients can learn to respond thoughtfully rather than react automatically, develop greater resilience, and create lasting change.

I am particularly passionate about helping couples move out of cycles of reactivity and disconnection and into relationships characterized by understanding, emotional safety, and secure attachment. I also enjoy supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety, obsessive thought patterns, codependency, and grief, helping them develop greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and the ability to tolerate life’s uncertainties.

Beyond traditional therapy, I am committed to building stronger communities through education, connection, and prevention-focused initiatives. I believe that emotional wellness is not simply the absence of distress but the presence of meaningful relationships, purpose, resilience, and belonging.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in recurring patterns, struggling in your relationships, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, my goal is to provide a compassionate and engaging space where insight leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
